Thanks for your article! I agree with what you said about improving communication. All organizations need great communication top to bottom. What I would disagree on is that it's a problem with the project management framework(s). In fact, traditional project management and agile both have practices of retrospectives, where you review what worked and what didn't, and discuss ways to improve moving forward. Frameworks won't fix an organization, but they provide a standard for where you can improve. Without a standard, we wouldn't know what we're working towards, or if we're deviating, or if there's anything to improve on. Frameworks work but we need to tailor them to our unique circumstances.
